It is not possible to define the food that we offer at our restaurant as “Turkish Cuisine” or classify it anyhow. Having made an innovative, modern interpretation on well-known presentations and tastes, we have taken advantage of the whole variety of the Anatolian cuisine from rarely used and unrevealed products to various cooking techniques.
Prepared with this understanding, our menu features different sabours together in a harmony. Freshness and seasonality have particular importance in achieving those sabours.
